Who we are
BCCUSA (Business Capital Consultants USA) is a business consulting and corporate service provider. We help business owners understand their finances, prepare for funding and restructure business debt. We are not a direct lender.
This policy explains what information we collect through bccusa.com and the forms and calendar it links to, how we use it, and who we share it with. You can reach us at info@bccusa.com or 2430 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples, FL 34109.
What we collect
When you take the Business Fitness Test
- Your answers to seven questions. Five are about your business: its monthly revenue, its time in business, whether it broke even or made a profit on its last filed tax return, whether it is free of open judgments and litigation, and what it does.
- Two are about the business guarantor personally (the guarantor may be someone other than the person filling in the form): whether the guarantor’s credit score is 680 or higher, and whether any bankruptcy the guarantor has filed was discharged more than three years ago. Both are yes-or-no answers. We do not ask for the score itself or for details of a bankruptcy.
- Anything else you add about your business and how it relates to qualifying.
- Your name, website, state of operation, phone number, email address and how you prefer to be contacted.
When you book a call
Booking runs on a calendar service at crm.lendotics.com. It collects what you enter there, such as your name, contact details and the time you choose.
When you sign an agreement with us
Our agreements are signed electronically through Jotform. Depending on the agreement, this includes your company’s details, the details of anyone signing, signatures, and, for a client engagement, the business bank details needed for payment.
When you email us
Whatever you include in your message. If you send us financial documents to review, such as bank statements, tax returns, a profit and loss statement, a balance sheet or a debt schedule, we receive those too.
When a referral partner introduces your business
Brokers and other partners who work with us may send us information about a business they refer, including its financial documents.
When you receive an email from us
Our email service, GoHighLevel, records whether each marketing email is delivered and opened, and which links in it are clicked. We use this to see whether our emails are useful and to stop sending to addresses that bounce or opt out.
Technical information
Our website host, our security provider and our form provider (Jotform) record your IP address and browser details when you use the site or its forms. The site itself sets security cookies from Cloudflare that help tell people from automated traffic. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on our site.
How we use it
- To review your Fitness Test answers and contact you about your result.
- To prepare for and hold a call you book.
- To deliver the consulting work you engage us for, and to collect the fees in your agreement.
- To email business owners and officers about our services, using business contact details from public or commercial sources. You can opt out at any time (see “Emails from us”). If you take the Fitness Test, we use your details to contact you about your result.
- To keep the records the law requires, and to protect our rights and our website.
Who we share it with
Services that run parts of our business for us
- Jotform runs our forms and electronic signatures, and sends you a copy of your Fitness Test answers by email.
- Zapier and Google’s Gmail pass each Fitness Test submission by email to our team and to the marketing agency that runs our website and forms for us. The agency uses it only to operate those services.
- The calendar service at crm.lendotics.com handles bookings.
- GoHighLevel sends our marketing emails.
- WP Engine hosts the site, Cloudflare protects it, and Google supplies the fonts it uses (Google receives your IP address when it delivers them).
Lenders and funding sources
If you engage BCCUSA to help your business seek financing, information about your business may be shared with lenders or other funding sources as part of that work, under the terms of your engagement agreement. They make their own decisions and handle your information under their own privacy policies.
The referral partner who introduced you
If a partner referred your business to us, we may tell that partner what they need to know to receive their share of our fees.
When the law requires it
We may disclose information to comply with a law, court order or legal process, or to investigate fraud or protect someone’s safety.
If our business changes hands
If we merge with or sell our business to another company, your information may be transferred as part of that deal.
Emails from us
Every marketing email we send includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also email info@bccusa.com and ask to stop.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires.
How we protect it
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so some risk that information is accessed without permission always remains.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing info@bccusa.com. We may need to keep some records, such as signed agreements and payment records, where the law or our contract requires it. If the law where you live gives you other rights over your personal information, contact us and we will respond as that law requires.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for responding to it, so our site does not respond to it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change, and change the “Last updated” date above.
