Our founder, Richard Gusmano, built his career as an award-winning entrepreneur across logistics, technology consulting, real estate development, insurance, retail, restaurants and manufacturing. His experience spans startup formation, rapid growth, operational turnaround, financing, restructuring, and successful acquisitions and exits.
This broad operating background gives Richard a practical understanding of the challenges founders face when managing capital, people, lenders, growth pressure and complex business transitions. He has lived through the good times, and he has endured the bad ones.
Over the past 15 years, Richard’s real-time operating experience of over 4 decades has helped guide entrepreneurs to nurture ideas into viable businesses, prepare businesses to secure legitimate institutional credit facilities for responsible growth, and restructure debt so founders under pressure could retain and stabilize their companies.
